Results - Week 10

We came into this week knowing there would be two contestants leaving us.

There is one elimination, and a MASSIVE tie for the second spot.    I'm not sure if this was intended as a birthday present or not. If so, I may have to see if I can exchange it.   :) 

First things first though - saying goodbye to adoptedwriter .  Thank you so much for coming out for this mini season.  I really hope we will continue to see you Home Game, and cheering on your personal favorites!


Now for the Sudden Death Write Off... I'm NOT going to be putting together a poll on my birthday. Sorry. That's not happening.  Which means the 6 of you get your own present... consider this a Hobbit Birthday!  :) 

You get an extra day! Which is an advantage for writing, but bad for those of you who survive that will be less time to turn around for your Week 11 entry.  Gary giveth. Gary taketh away. Gary puts eth at the end of other words tooeth.

I totally had a feeling I was going to end up in the Sudden Death — and that was back when I was doing okay, but I've watched these votes go wild at the end every week. So, okay, off to find an idea then ... Good luck to us all!

It's a bummer to be out, (unless Gary brings back people at some point? Hasn't he done this before?), but I also have other "stuff" going on w my real life, like the fractured shoulder, etc. I will hang around as much as I can. I will Home Game if possible. (I have not seen the next topic yet, but maybe there's a pause due to the hurricane/ Gary's birthday?)
Anyway, I think I lasted a good long while in this race. I tend to make around 10 weeks regardless, but getting to Top 20 status has never happened before. (but it's also a shorter, smaller season, so...not sure what the stats mean there. I would like to know how many game weeks I have racked up overall when you get a chance, Gary.
