~Almost anything culinary-related. I've never been an executive chef, but I've been in food service long enough to know a crapload of stuff. Want to know why the staff of a classically-run kitchen is called a brigade? Need to know the history of a particular dish or why you never use raw pineapple in a cooked dish? I'm your gal...and if I don't know, I can certainly research it for you.
~Anything retail-related, from profit margins to supervising a staff to techniques used to entice customers to buy.
~New England, whether it's history or architecture or the Boston accent or the Red Sox :)
~Dogs! I have most experience with snowdogs (they have their own peculiarities), but basic behavior and and such transcends all breeds.
~Caregiving for a parent with dementia.
