We filled the gas tank a couple nights ago - it was $2.91 a gallon! That's the lowest I've seen it in a really long time.

Of course, those numbers are probably going to climb back up after the mid-term elections. For "some reason", that just seems to be the way it works! ;)

Yeah yeah, just enjoy your >$3 a gallon. We Californians are just happy it has dipped below $4 a gallon.

Heh, right? I was starting to think the stations had thrown away the 3s. It's come down in the Bay Area but varies by a lot depending on where exactly you are.

I'm in LA county. Gas is supposedly $3.48 a gallon now. I have seen $3.67, which is definitely cheap. How about up there?

Near where I live most stations are at $3.55, but my commute takes me past a station that is currently at $3.37. Actually in SF I'm sure it's still more than that.
