so I dissolved SCI before the poll officially ended - so no one is going home from there - and since there is no SCI to go to this week, no one else is going there either.

If he dissolved SCI before the poll officially ended, that means there's no more SCI, which means that everybody who would have been in SCI this week is still in the main game :)
