Hello.

It's interesting because the closer we get to summer, the slower LJ tends to get. There are times over the past couple of years that it feels like my personal friends list has completely shut down. There are times, even now with the general LJ slow down, that I have to go back several pages every day to catch up. There are also times when I only have one.

Is it just me or is everyone else experiencing LJ slow down? I guess that's a selling point to get new people into Idol! A guarantee of quality new content every week from some amazing writers!!!

Who's been watching House the past couple weeks? I think my favorite so far has been Lockdown, but last night's episode was pretty stellar, too. :) After all the Cuddy stuff hit the fan, I was afraid of the show fizzling. It didn't. I'm excited. ^^

Tonight, like stormkitty already mentioned, is NCIS. I am hopelessly addicted to that show.

And since when did Glee move to Tuesday (rhetorical question, it just messes with me)? I've been trying to catch it on Wednesday and completely miss it every week so far! I'm going to have to catch up on it online.

And while we're on the subject of TV shows, I've been having lots of trouble getting ahold of new episodes of Doctor Who. Is there a network website I can go to like NBC or ABC that shows it online? I've heard there's 4 or 5 episodes so far and I'm missing all the action. :(

I wish we could work out a trade with TV here and you could get all the bloody Dr Who you want. It seems to be on non-stop on one of our English channels. In return, I would like House not dubbed over into French or German.

I believe Doctor Who is available on iTunes in the US... if you want to get it the legal way and don't mind paying ;) We're getting it through the Australian iTunes server. It's a little delayed for us, but it saves a lot of hassles.

Nono I want to get it the legal way for free. Like when I watch my Grey's Anatomy on ABC the next morning. Is there anything like that? :\

It airs on some sort of BBC channel that we get, but it's premium cable, so I don't get that channel. :\ I have $50 in my bank account and no job so it's not like I'm going to go about buying it. I'm so depressed now! lol

Ugh, that is depressing. I suspect that, if you could afford it, if Doctor Who was all you cared about from that BBC channel, you would be better off downloading from iTunes. I don't know how expensive the channel is though... but at least with iTunes you can watch it how much you want, whenever you want.

And given it's on PayTV as opposed to free networks (like Lost and Grey's are, I think?) - that explains why they wouldn't have a free option. Well, there's always bittorrent if you don't mind the illegal option?

Understandable... I do too! Not least of all because our ISP blocks bittorrent so we have to do bypassing methods that isn't really worth it... especially when pirated DVDs are so much easier to get hold of in Malaysia *cough* but I do avoid that where possible, too. I like legit stuff.

My DVR failed and we didn't get the second half of LOCKDOWN on House! Oh well....They'll be re-running that one before we know it. What I saw was so entertaining. I was really POed when the other half didn't copy!

OKAY! FULL SPOILER ALERT!

At the end of the most recent season, I think it was 5, House decides that he's going to detox himself from vicodin. He asks Cuddy to help him because she knows all his tricks and will be able to keep him clean. She comes over, spends the night, and at the end of everything, they have hot wild sex with each other.

On the FINAL episode of the season, House is all strutting around, telling Wilson about how he banged her, being all cocky with Cuddy and she's just like "we are friends like we always were" and "listen, about last night, our relationship hasn't changed, you do your thing, I do my thing, it works. Are we good?"

So House is all like "why is she playing hard to get?!" so he decides to play hardball and go to the top of the hospital stairs and yell out to the clinic "Lisa Cuddy and I had sex last night!!!"

Cuddy, furious, says that her personal matters shouldn't be advertised to the whole hospital, let alone blatant lies, and as much as House wants her, it'll never happen, this is the last straw, he's fired.

The very last 30 seconds of the season was him reliving the night, only realizing that the whole encounter with Cuddy was an elaborate hallucination and then replays each portion of the scene as it REALLY happens, with him all alone, popping pills.

Season 6 starts with him in rehab. Want me to keep going? hehehehe.
