It's a sleepy household right now. Flar is napping, Critter is pre-packing for a college visit next week, and Tigger is off going Tigger things. I brought home Chinese takeout on my way home from church this morning, and I'm going to be making pressed cookies after I get some down time on the computer.

Flar had surgery on Thursday to get his Tenckhoff Catheter inserted (thanks to N_Decisive for the correct verb), and he is healing nicely. We get to mask up and glove up before I change his dressings, which is about as kinky as I get these days.

I've been busy fetching and carrying and napping. Apparently, the Lortabs infect the very air he breathes, because I'm almost as sleepy as Flar.

Didn't get around to writing about walls for the home game -- I've been too busy keeping the walls between Flar and me from springing back up again and we continue to feel our ways back to easy conversation with each other.

I'm probably not going to write for the Free Topic either. I might link to an old piece I wrote about Raccoon Day...

It seems I was eliminated from the competition just in time, considering my free time seems to be evaporating.
