100 Weeks

I may have mentioned that I was asked by a couple other people who felt they were close to hitting 100 Weeks what their current number was. One of them I still need to go back through, but I'm reasonably sure isn't going to hit it this time around (but I'll still record and let them know their current number) but the other one - as of this week - was at 102 weeks!

Which means I should have announced it 3 weeks ago.

As I've mentioned before, this was one of those spur of the moment "Wouldn't it be fun to see if someone hit that mark?" decisions of mine that grew into something that now people care about. :D

I agree though, it's a significant number. It does make it a little more tricky when people have multiple user names. In this case though, they are very similar. You might even say they are color-adjacent.

So congratulations to swirlsofblue/swirlsofpurple for joining the 100 Week Club! It's weird (for me) to think that someone who started in Season 9 is already hitting 100 Weeks. (I had to go back and check that, because it still didn't seem right...) But given how consistent their runs tend to be, I can definitely see how it is possible!!

LOL to colour adjacent. When I realized swirlsofblue was taken on dreamwidth, and I thought what would be closest, I don't think any part of my mind went to - just add a number on the end- so yeah, I think find a similar colour was probably how my mind was working.

The season 9 start thing is interesting. I believe I wrote my first Idol entry for season 9 ten years ago, and it's been a very strange and very fun ten years!
