OK, finally got my phone call from Endo Doc. I'm to wait 24 hours to see if all the cramping/tingling will diminish. They don't want to give me anything supplemental (i.e., through an IV at the ER) because it's obvious that my body isn't holding on to what I'm already taking...and besides, too much calcium is just as dangerous as too little.

Erp, I'll be in the corner quietly cramping...or tingling, depending on how I'm splayed :p
