Green Room - Week 29 - Day 8
What was your Favorite thing the Great Turkey brought you yesterday?
(What do you mean "What's the Great Turkey?" He comes into your house on Thanksgiving Eve and leaves presents and fully cooked feasts for all the *good people of the world*. Well, maybe *that's* why you don't get visited....)
***
What's your Favorite thing in this week's poll: http://therealljidol.livejournal.com/809247.html ?
Heck, what's your Favorite thing in our Amazon store: http://astore.amazon.com/li0cd-20 ?
What are some of your Favorite books (that you think we should add to the "Other Books You Might Enjoy" section, for others to check out)?
Or you could always just type in your Favorite number into that Paypal link from yesterday. :P http://therealljidol.livejournal.com/809887.html

How likely to do you think "Favorites" is going to be something that shows up sometime soon? ;)

I've never had Turkey.
*Worries that 'favourites' is going to be a worrying twist.
Writer-brain: I saw a chair on the pavement on my way home. And my mind instantaneously came up with a complex story involving a chair being passed from house to house on a road, and when someone not on the road tried to take the chair they would mysteriously disappear.

I only became pescetarian when I was 13, but we didn't have Turkey for Christmas, just curries.

Of course, it was filling in these gaps while I was at work and therefore couldn't write a damn thing. BUT NOW I KNOW SAVIN PUNCHES MITCHEL IN THEIR INTRODUCTION TO ONE ANOTHER.
And that, right there, is what makes the world go 'round for me. I figured out why Savin despises the man without ever having to get to know him (hint: Jazz lies and drops Mitchel's name instead of someone else's), and why Mitchel has completely written him off as useless (Savin punched him! FOR NO APPARENT REASON TO MITCHEL -- he didn't know Jazz said HE had done the unspeakable thing instead of the truth).
And this punch is instrumental in some of Savin's breaking down a few years later in their time-line!
(I swear my brain torments me with this when I'm at work BECAUSE I am at work).

Ah, muses are fickle in their fickleness.

I have 7.5k I need to write between now and 11:59pm on Sunday and I work tonight and tomorrow night, 12a-7a. I CAN DO THIS.
Except I don't think I'm getting any writing done today unless I kick my own ass into gear (heh). That's what, 3750 words in two days? I can do this, I can do this, I can do this...
(It helps I have no small child this weekend)

Good luck :).

My married kid found a bench on the side of the road once. The paint was bad but the bench was ok. She took it home and has it by her fire pit! She and her hub painted it blue and it's adorable now. They call it " Trash Bench". AW
