Green Room - Week 4 Day 4

Good morning!  How is everyone today?

LJ Idol Tech Support wishes she could have taken a sick day.  (Stupid cold.)  Our fabulous host was running late this morning and asked me to post the Green Room.  Go me!

What's going on in your lives today?  I've seen a lot of buzz about the debate last night.  I didn't get to watch because I was at my other job.

What's going on in my life today?  Well, I arranged to work last night so that I could have tonight off so I can watch the Packers beat play the Cowboys tonight.  (Please, for the love of football, let them win...  please?)  I've been extra careful not to talk smack when it comes to my beloved boys in Green & Gold this year.  I don't want to run the chance of jinxing anything.  Should be a good game though!  I'm heading to a bar to watch it since it's on the NFL Network.  Cheese curds will be eaten.  Oh yes.  Cheese curds will be eaten.

That's about it for me.  I'm off to update my poll tables with the latest entries.

Speaking of entries...   post them here!  The deadline is coming up fast!  Don't make me post your name tomorrow morning.  :-)

Go ahead and post a link so people will know where to go. Nothing wrong with a little self promotion. I certainly hope that contestants can use this opportunity to get a little extra attention.

Ok! Now I'm not sure if this will be seen, because it'll be buried under like, what is it now, 200 other plus comments? But I'll post a link here and before I go on, I'll post a link in my LJ as well.

My show is called "The Toonhead Experience, and it airs every single Thursday night from 10:00 P.m. to Midnight Eastern, 7:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.m. Pacific. To listen, head on over to: ACB Radio Interactive's website (http://interactive.acbradio.org). Just choose your type of internet connection either broadband or dial-up, and player of choice (I recommend Winamp). I try to play music that everyone knows, mixed together with songs you probably haven't heard in years, with some conversation inbetween. You can expect to hear lots of pop, classic rock, and everything inbetween. I have a pretty vast collection so it can go all over the place. If you use Windows Live Messenger, or another one of those multi-messenger programs like Miranda, you can send me requests and IM's while I'm on the air and chat, or just say hi, either one is ok. I love getting listener feedback, and I'll definitely take song requests, so bring 'em on! I hope everyone who is interested will give it a listen!
