I just received an email letting me know that walkertxkitty has passed away.

It's funny, because I was just thinking about her a couple weeks ago, thinking that I needed to go back and count her weeks in Idol, because she *had to be close* to join the 100 Weeks Club. She went far too soon, both in this season of Idol, and in life.

She was an amazing person and a great friend to Idol and Idolers - as well as being a gifted writer.

She kept talking about how she would one day get down to Tampa to visit. But it just hadn't happened yet.

Fran, you will most definitely be missed.
