90210 was a guilty pleasure of mine when it first came on reruns. In fact, when I first mentioned to a friend that I watched it he was horrified. I guess it should have stayed my guilty pleasure. ;-) It's different now, of course, because of time and vintage TV, etc. ;-)

I'm only 4 episodes in and I sort of get the feeling that the first season is a little different than the rest of the series from what I remember people saying about it when it was originally on, but it's decent mindless entertainment, and I don't think that's a bad thing at all! :) One can only be cerebral to an extent before it gets tiresome.

So true. And I never had any complaints about it. I think it was to TV what Wesley was to Star Trek and I never understood that either.

I never really had a problem with Wesley Crusher... Beverly, on the other hand, really gets my goat.

Yeah. Beverly was ... unnecessary.

I just figured the Wesley bashers were jealous of the smart kid, just like in real life. :-)
