Yep. For real. I've had a couple of them before. So it's more of a "urgh... seriously?" I've had a filling on that tooth last year, but apparently it was a little too close to the nerve.

Well, at least you know what to expect. But I, too, was dismayed to realize that root canals can be the results of taking care of your teeth just fine... until one of the cavity treatments just becomes too much. :(
