Results - Week 3

Apparently, LJ is at it again. I assume that they are "fixing something" and things will be "improved". I know that I had to do some fancy refreshing to get everything closed on time. I also know, from the person who matters the most in the world, that people trying to cast votes in the last few hours have been having difficulties doing that.

Hopefully, most of the people who wanted to vote either did it earlier, or were able to keep trying until they were able to do it.

"Interesting" circumstances though always make for unexpected results, and I think this week continues to qualify for that title.

It's another mix of old friends, and new faces that, when we met in Week 1, I was really hoping to see for a lot longer than this.

Unfortunately though, we are at the part of the week where we need to say goodbye.

But before we do that, let's handle the "good" news.

As you may have noticed - Tribe: Redemption ended with another tie!! Which means the three of them will be joined by two others, fresh off a tie of their own: [livejournal.com profile] morning_stand and[Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com]

That should make life interesting next week.

In the "not so good" column though, is a series of other votes, some quite close, that did not turn out as well.

This week we are saying goodbye to

Thank you for coming out this season - and I really hope that we will continue to see you in the Home Game, and around the Green Room. After all, this is Idol, and you can never be too sure if there is going to be another twist that might give you another shot at it.

I have a sneaking suspicion that I'm not the only one who had the bright idea to vote for both people in the tie-breaker tribe who didn't take a bye, hoping for this exact result!

Sad to see anyone go =/

I voted for them both because I liked both of their entries! I couldn't pick one over the other.

I made myself pick one over the other, but I'm glad to see that someone counteracted my vote! I really wanted both to hang around until it was a real vote among a tribe and not just between two people who didn't use a bye.

You're not the only one :)

You can't have been; from the number of votes and the numbers of voters, over twenty people voted for both entries.
