Green Room - Week 6 - Day 2

Good morning.

Have you turned in your entry for this week yet? Did you notice that the topic was up at all or are you still in a turkey induced coma? Are you in a turkey induced comma? A turkey induced semicolon? A turkey induced colonoscopy?

Whatever the case, get out of your slumber and stumble over to
http://community.livejournal.com/therealljidol/275605.html to turn in your entry and/or check out some of the ones already submitted!

So what's going on in your neck of the woods?

There's an interview with some guy over at www.ljidol.info about Season 6 if anyone is interested.

Apparently ...

I finally managed to fall asleep for a few hours this morning. This is a huge deal. But I did get a short interview with Gary about how Season 6 is shaping up thus far up posted at .info (http://ljidol.info) before I fell asleep.

I enjoyed the interview! This is my first season and I'm definitely loving it.

I'm one of the mass of fiction writers mentioned this year, and I personally chose it to challenge myself. As a fairly new writer, finding creative ways to hit the prompts and advance a single story arch is so exhilarating.

It's such a fantastic learning experience so thanks for having me!

Yeah I think a fair mix is wonderful. The journal entries mixed in with the fiction makes things very interesting. And then on top of that is this third category I like to consider, I guess "multimedia" I'd call it. Those are the entries that use of comics and photos and stuff.

If I'm lucky enough to participate in a future season I think I'd go with the journal style with some of the other options mixed in. Fiction just felt right for where my life and career are at the moment. Lovin' it! :)

Thank you. I appreciate that someone took the time to read it.
