It's funny how time works. Sometimes it feels like it was a couple of days ago. Other times it's like he has been gone forever.

For those just joining us (and I've seen a lot of new faces starting to show up over the last few weeks, and know of several folks who out right say that they never show up before it's at "at least down to 50". Every week of Idol is going to be someone's first time checking it out. I'm quite certain you are going to find a *lot* of entries to enjoy!

Before we get to anything else, we have to unfortunately say goodbye to my friend and yours hexkitten who missed the deadline. I hope everything is OK on that end of the internet.

Our topic this week was "Playing House", so it's only appropriate that the this week we will go back to eliminating the bottom *3* vote getters - sending them into the Home Game!

So if you love an entry and want to see more of them from that contestant - I would highly suggest voting for it, and showing your support! It's an amazing group of writers, and people, if this *is* your first time reading them - you really are in for a treat!
