It's easier, too, because you can just spit everything out the first time around instead of editing yourself as you go along.

Exactly. When I edit-on-the-go, it's never as good. Sometimes if I just blart whatever out, I'll end up with something much different than I thought I would when I started, but it comes from a better place inside my head.
