We had a glorious weekend in the yard, planting stuff, watering stuff and making our little corner of the world a happy spot for bees, hummingbirds and other outside creatures. HoneyB touched her 1st worm, saw a frog in the watering can and helped plant seeds for lettuce, cilantro, radishes and sunflowers. Now it’s back to work again….

Uh, my dad had a stroke and was in the hospital and now is back home but not well and ....ugh. Life is not really good right now.

I’m curious about that whole thing for sure! What do you think he will do better? I’ve been almost all gone from twitter for a long while, but it seems some have high hopes for the transition.

I'm hoping he brings the fun back to the platform. It's been so....ick. He's so brilliant and so funny and so pro-human being! I just adore him and am pulling for him with this purchase! We need to return to a semblance of calm discourse without screaming and eventual censorship. Ugh.

Hi everyone. Still waiting on date for surgery. Had a slew of tests today. Results were a bit worse than expected. My Aortic valve is leaking severely and the aneurysm you already knew about. They're going to replace said valve while they have my chest cracked open!

In case you haven't noticed I decided to try to stay in. I posted my piece yesterday (I had a great beta reader who helped tighten things up). I'm trying to read.as many pieces as possible before going under the knife.

That being said -Erulissa, I can't read your piece. It says I'm restricted? If you can fix that I'd be grateful.

And yes, I'm going to stay in as long as I can. You are all wonderful, peace~~~D

I'm doing great - Spring seems to have finally arrived in the Frozen Northlands and I'm starting to see things grow. The plants are making me happy. The weeds ... a bit less so.

I loved the short deadline you originally gave - that's the kind of thing that gets me moving quickly and sometimes allows my best work. I'm sure the extension was greeted with joy by many, but I was already on to the next project on my never-ending list - LOL.
