Results - Week 5

 In a week where people seemed to have a difficult time with the prompt, it seems like a lot of people seemed to have a difficult time with the voting as well!

We were losing two this week, and while one of those spots ended up being filled (by a slim margin) the other ended up in a tie! Yes, another week - another tie. But more on that in a bit.

The person we are losing today was literally born to play Idol. Not just "born to", he was pretty much born PLAYING Idol! (his Mom went to the hospital in the middle of a poll!)

Not only are his entries always some of the most fun - he's a bundle of energy and creativity! I can't wait to see what he will be writing as he gets older!

Today we are saying goodbye (for now) to kfp-rawr, but I hope we will be seeing more of him in the future with the Home Game and of course Second Chance!

Now we come to the rest of you, it was another tight race for that second spot. It was a 4 way tie. But it came within a SINGLE VOTE of being a historic 12-way tie and 2 votes from it going to a 17 way tie. When I say that "every vote matters!" I mean it. So make sure you are supporting your favorites and spreading the word!

I didn't have much time to read nor the less vote entries this week after the insanity of recovering from Friday night's Wrestling show with Wedding and then Comics show on Sunday with recovery today, but much love to everyone and good luck to our ties in the tie breakers.

Last time I was in a write off, I looked at my entry and I could see it was kind of weak compared to some of the other entries in the competition. But I thought my entry this week was much stronger than the previous one, and I've had a lot of lovely comments on it (sorry for not replying yet!), so I'm not sure what I need to do differently?
