The circus isn't for everyone, that's for sure. But that show is a part of the history of the United States in a big way, and the fact that this institution is shutting down is similar to Coca-Cola or McDonald's closing... To me, the elements that make Cirque du Soleil work well involve the music and attitude. And unlike the dinosaur of the Ringling show, that only had minor variations over all of these years, this Cirque used a whole new approach and it obviously worked for you!
