I'd say "Yes! Science!" ... but the other week I tried to figure out how to use absinthe as a mixer, and there were a lot of failed experiments. I mean, like, a lot. It wasn't pretty. You know you're in trouble when a Manhattan with homemade maraschino cherries can't quite blot out the anise flavor.
But that's the beauty of science: you can learn from the mistakes of others.
