I was thinking the group would be split into two and having them going on at the same time. Then when you've got the winners from each group, it would be a face off between the two. I don't see Gary as the type to eliminate people before things actually started.

Of course, I also wouldn't surprise me if his surprise was that we have to wait another week for the surprise. THAT is a Gary thing!

Gary sends us all cookies in the mail before the competition starts. That would be awesome.

I would think maybe posting the first topic on Monday. And possibly an immunity for the winner. And HALF the list goes home the first week. (j/k)
