No. I've heard that, too, but they actually had contracted with Marsters to do it, but the book release was delayed. By the time it actually came out, he was under contract to do something else. They had to either wait for him to be available or go with someone else.

Some people say they just tell themselves "This is how disembodied Harry sounds." The problem with that is nobody else is disembodied. :) Thank heaven there aren't many (any? I can't remember.) pixie scenes. :)
