The recipe calls for piping a bit of sour cream on top of each cheesecake after they've cooled a bit. I wasn't going to do that because I think it's overkill, but after taste tasting, I now know why...hoo boy, they're sweet! I cut down the sugar in the second batch, so here's hoping :crosses fingers:
