I woke up with a spring in my step. But then I stop and pulled that thing out!!! Springs getting embedded in your foot really hurt!!

I am well, though my day is slowly drawing to a close and I still have lots to do, like get my entry finished. It's refusing to cooperate with me, grrr. Also need to read the round two entries.
