Things can get all Dramaville real fast in this competition if you let them. There are definitely people that will cry foul over lots of little things, and will decide that there are voting conspiracies, and will out alliances, and all kinds of stuff.

The easiest way to not have to worry about that is to just keep doing what you're doing. Usually the people that are just doing this for fun and don't take it so seriously are the people that end up going pretty far.

I mean, you have to take it seriously to a point if you really want to win (last season, Idol came before homework and even my real job sometimes), but just have fun with it and see how far you can go on your own merits. You'll probably surprise yourself.
