I will admit...we are being ultra-picky and we've cycled a lot of people through in the past two months. We put people through a full-day interview process to determine how they will fit with the company, in part due to wanting to take on permanent hires, and not waste money/time in training people who won't work out.

well generally that's the idea of bringing people as contractors first...so you try them out and see if they work out...

I'm seeing more ...bringing in people to do specific work...and not hiring them as well...soon as the work's done..that's it...
