Green Room - Week 8 - Day 8

Voting is still going on, and still close.

Week after week these things have been going down to the wire (or beyond, into overtime!) so make sure to keep your favorite entries safe, or sit back and accept that you might be saying goodbye to them this time around.

I'm back at work today for a couple of days. How about you?

Happying the holidays or warring with Christmas?

Ok here's a hint. Assault the nutcrackers first. There is always one that's not as steadfast as the other. That will breech the perimeter.
Next you'll need to derail the train that runs around the tree.
And finally eat ALL the xmas sweets around. There is no better way to fight the holiday than to remove the treats!

lol

Damn. That's a solid plan. I'm making you a general in my holiday army.

So general... how do you best cope with the shiny balls, tinsel and that damn angel on top of the tree? I considered napalm but I fear that might be a bit too over the top.

Ok, yeah, hold the napalm for now. What we're gonna need is a cat, a stray perhaps or if one of your relatives comes over have them bring their's. Give the cat some eggnog and when no one is looking hurl the kitty straight into the tree. DON'T worry, cats train for Xmas reconnaissance work. Kitty will wrestle the tree from within, like man wrestling with ethics and the clustersmuck it creates will destroy anything Xmas related in the area. We'll call it project asparagus.

That is f'ing brilliant... though my cat doesn't really do well on recon jobs... he's more or less about as destructive as napalm... I throw him into that tree and something is going to explode.
