My nerve block is starting to wear off, but so far I'm not in excruciating pain. Except for this spot on the inside of my ankle that has been hurting for like 12 hours now, even before the nerve block wore off. It feels like where the one incision probably is, and the sensation is like the wound is sticking to the cast. Not much I can do about it though, so I'm trying to deal.

My former (and I can't get used to saying that!) co-worker is supposed to be coming to visit today, and my future baby daddy (yes, I said baby daddy) is coming down for the weekend to babysit me, so it should be a good weekend. My girlfriend is OTR, but having them around will put her on her best behavior. :)
