I use it for 40-45 minutes at a time... essentially, the time it takes me to get through one side of a cassette tape.

I either listen to audiobooks or to music while I bike. When I'm not having life fall apart on me, I bike at least every other day, sometimes every day.

Life has been falling apart on me, however, so today will be the first time I'll be on my bike since the New Year.
