No, it's not a punishment! I always think of those Klondike bar commercials as "what weird or off-beat thing would you do" - like clucking like a chicken or whatever. Since Gary is obviously way weirder than you, I'd require TWO Klondikes for kissing him, and only one for kissing you.

Seeing as I don't technically *know* either of you in person, it would be "off-beat" to just kiss you out of the blue. :)
