This is similar for me. I signed up this time because I'm working on my own memoir and I was hoping the prompts would help keep me motivated and writing content for it. But so far only the last prompt, Without You, has been something I wrote that I could plonk almost verbatim into my memoir. I can probably use some of what I wrote this week for the memoir as well, but it'll require more work.
