Despite my many ties to Ghana and potentially poignant story ideas from visits to the former slave camps (someone left a bouquet of flowers with a card reading "to the mothers of the new world" in the former female slave holding cell of Cape Coast Castle how poignant is that? (AND Cape Castle is a key setting in the movie titled Sankofa!)) I don't think it's my story to tell.
